I have loved music, been obsessed with it, my whole life. My earliest memories are of Tchaikovsky's first piano on a reel-to-reel in Ethiopia when I was 3 (we were there on mission from the UK). I have pushed and explored and ranged far and wide over the musical landscape, relishing everything from Palestrina to Penderecki. Yet, as I continue to roam, I find a growing need for Bach. Why is this? He seems to stand alone, monumental.

Das Konzert im Dessauer Theater im Rahmen der Weillfestage war der Wahnsinn.

Gestern die Show im Theater Dessau gesehen und war absolut begeistert. Ein absoluter Wahnsinn. Die Instrumente, die Stimme, die Musikauswahl. Hätte von mir aus noch 3 Stunden weitergehen können.

Tolle Musik! Aber was sollen diese fürchtbaren Politikergestallten in dem Video?

Wow, again SPARK shows that you can combine so many musicians and styles and create great experiences for everyone who had the chance to witness it. Oh I would have loved to see this performance. Luckily Spark together with Valer Sabadus gave us an unbelievable experience in Filderstadt. THANKS AGAIN!

A great version of this outstanding tune. Sone might say it is too quick however the tempo gives it a new flavour and the choice of instrumentation too. Thank you!
